After more than 15 years in fashion design and development, Natalie Baines has seen first hand how difficult it can be to move from an idea to a product ready for production.

From early concept direction through to development and production. Her experience as Associate Design Director at Free People, Lead Designer at Oh Polly, and Head of Design at Jaded London gave her a deep understanding of how collections are built.

Offset Orange grew out of those years of experience.

Conversations around kitchen tables and on factory floors gradually turned into the beginnings of a studio. Time spent inside agencies and fashion houses revealed not only how collections are developed, but also how easily the original vision behind them can get lost along the way.

We believe great fashion sits somewhere between instinct and strategy, between trend and timelessness.

We’ve worked on global campaigns, capsule launches and high-stakes ranges, but what excites us most is the moment a founder sees their first sample hanging on a rail.
